I have purchased AC today the initial negotiation were with Miss Sania I found her highly professional. Decent and soft spoken. Throughout the process, she was responsive, cooperative and extended her helping hand. She had arranged free delivery on urgent basis. She provided me the contact number of company where I got very positive response. Technicians were immediately sent who had installed the air conditioner even after their washing hours. Boys were in their company uniforms and were highly skilled and competent. Representative of Hier company kept following the process.
