I bought this room cooler recently, and the motor stopped working after a short time. I'm very disappointed with the quality and expected it to last much longer. It has become unusable, and I don't think it's worth the money. I would not recommend this product based on my experience.

I purchased this product from Japan electronics Kamrar branch one month before and now two tires have been damaged. We are unable to move the air cooler and even it's not stable on the leveled surface. I will recommend to not purchase this product. Really disappointing.

Before purchasing a Hisense 1 Ton inverter AC, we clearly informed your sales staff about our room size. Based on that information, your team confidently recommended a 1 Ton AC and assured us it would be sufficient.
However, after installation, the AC is not cooling the room properly. Your own technician visited and confirmed that our room actually requires a 1.5 Ton AC. This clearly shows that your staff provided incorrect guidance at the time of purchase.
It has now been 10 days, and despite repeatedly contacting your team, no proper solution has been provided. This level of after-sales service is unacceptable for a company that claims to be an authorized dealer of leading brands.
We trusted your recommendation, but now we are facing inconvenience because of your incorrect advice. We request an immediate resolution to this matter. If this issue is not resolved promptly, we will be forced to escalate the complaint to the relevant consumer authorities and share our experience publicly.
I believe the gas in these ACs have changed where advanced ones are being used. Whatever it is - this AC has been my best purchase. Literally cools in 10 minutes and you cant keep it on all night even at 28 degree C. I am in fact buying another one soon.

I have purchased this from Moon Electronace okara . Only ten days after motor issue not working, after 10 days fallowup some one came to change motor after he go same night water not working. 2 week till now no one came to fix. Only promise

Bought this from Japan electronics blue area branch. Didn't expect it to work this well. Had a slight bit issue in one of the combs but the technician arrived the day after and fixed it really well. Really satisfied with the support and the product itself.
The cooling it does is no less than a 1 ton AC at least for my bedroom. The ice gels are a cherry on top.

JE has very bad customer service, selling this 2.0T AC with T3, while it has old tech, No AMP lock, No Eco mode, take 10AMP at the start.
No warranty, No service response. As soon as you claim.they start blaming you or instllation. Shame on these zero tax payers businesses. JE is selling this becuase they import this shit AC.

it literally took me 3 mins to reheat some fridge temp. rice and they were still cold
and yes it was at the highest power setting possible
and the noise it makes is no less than a fucking electric motor
not to mention u have to turn the time knob to zero to get it to turn it off
and the knob is just lazy work

I purchased a Beetro Room Air Cooler Elite Evaporative ZT-7C from Japan Electronics on 3 June 2026. Unfortunately, the unit stopped working within approximately one hour of use. I switched it on at around 11:00 PM, and by midnight it had completely stopped functioning.
I immediately recorded videos of the issue and shared them with the relevant sales representative. However, I did not receive a response until approximately 12–14 hours later, and even then, no clear guidance or solution was provided.
On 4 June 2026, after office hours, I personally visited the Japan Electronics Murree Road Branch and met with Branch Manager Mr. Talha. He assured me that a complaint would be registered and that a technician would visit my residence by Friday after 2:00 PM. I waited until 8:00 PM, but no technician arrived, nor did I receive any update regarding the delay.
On 5 June 2026 at approximately 11:00 AM, I contacted the complaint center again and spoke with Mr. Usman, who fortunately arranged a technician's visit. The technical team inspected the unit, identified the fault, and escalated the matter to the Service Head, Mr. Danish.
Despite reporting the issue within one hour of purchase and repeatedly following up through multiple channels, my complaint remains unresolved. The unit is currently packed and lying unused in my home, causing significant inconvenience and disappointment.
I request a written explanation for the delay in handling this matter and ask that Japan Electronics either:
Provide a full refund of the purchase amount, or
Replace the defective unit with a brand-new Beetro Room Air Cooler Elite Evaporative ZT-7C immediately.
As a customer, I expected a much higher standard of after-sales service, especially when a product fails immediately after purchase. The lack of timely communication and resolution has left me extremely dissatisfied with my experience at Japan Electronics.
I look forward to your prompt response and an immediate resolution of this matter.
