I purchased the Beetro Air Cooler from Japan Electronics in May last year. Initially, it worked well, but within 2-3 months, it started leaking water. I raised multiple complaints with both Beetro and Japan Electronics, but unfortunately, no one responded or addressed the issue. Despite repeated follow-ups, I’m still not receiving any support or resolution. This has been a completely disappointing experience and feels like a wasted purchase. Both Beetro and Japan Electronics have demonstrated extremely poor after-sales service. I’m very unsatisfied..

It occupies less space, only about 1.2 Amp current, and too cool (due to iceboxes), strong air flow. Till date (10th july 2025) despite sever heat, there is no need to run Air-conditioner.
