I initially ordered a West Point dough maker, but I wasn’t satisfied with the product. I then requested the seller (Sheharbano) to exchange it for an Anex dough maker. She was kind and cooperative enough to arrange the exchange. Although the parcel was a bit delayed, I am now fully satisfied with both the product and their customer service.
A small suggestion: please improve the packaging by using bubble wrap or similar materials so that machinery items can be delivered more safely.
