I bought Nasgas Kitchen Hood, which caused malfunction after two months.
One of the benefits of purchasing from Japan Electronics was that their team (Sitara Service Dept) effectively pursued Nasgas to fix the fault.
I am writing this review to endorse the after sales services from japan electronics as we were having an issue with our kitchen hob while after submitting complain issue was not resolved by nasgas individual but than csr sitara of JE got in touch and issue resolved timely
The installation of water dispenser was not properly understandable for me.
After contacting JE, they fixed the staff team and the fixation was performed
During our visit to Japan electronics in Islamabad Mr zubair siddique provided us all the required details in efficient way which helped us to make cost efficient decision.
