NASGAS Hob Three Burner DG-GN3 Glass Top

I was sold the DG-GN3 Natural Gas stove instead of the LPG version, even though I clearly requested LPG. The stove blackened all utensils within a week of installation. When I returned it to the Chandni Chowk branch, staff refused to accept their mistake. After much insistence, they finally agreed to convert it to LPG and deliver it to Ghauri Town. Very disappointed with the sales staff’s attitude. Product might be good, but service experience was poor.
