I am happy to share my feedback about Japan electronic services and commitments they provide, recently I had one AC unite from them and they treat me well with Thier commitments, prices and services, specialty Shahruk was nice enough and helpful, I would recommend this brand

Recently, in Nov 24, I purhased an NS Electric geysar from Japan Electr. PWD, Islamabad. It showed some faults during its installation. So I visited their shop at PWD.
They simply registered the complaint and referred me to a third person.,Who did not recieve my calls for three days.
Later on, I called Japan Elctronics, PWD @ 03085552107. The lady operator did not cooperate with me at all with arguments that they deal with sales only. She even did not even pick my phone calls after receiving first one.
