Our Refund Policy Allows You To Exchange:
- No Cash Refunds.
- An original Invoice is required for Product Exchange.
- Products should be exchanged in the state it was sold. It should have the complete original packing and the entire contents of the package.
- Products used would not be exchanged.
- Exchange is only possible from the same category.
- After 14 days, 15% of the amount will be deducted.
- In case of a size issue, customers may exchange their HOB and HOOD without deduction for 2 months.
- No exchange is possible after 2 months.
- Items on promotion cannot be exchanged.
- Items purchased at the invoice price, which go later on promotion, will be exchanged at current prices.
Note: The company has complete authority to change the above policies at any time.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@japanelectronics.com.pk or Branch. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
